Melanie Gamble is the founder and principal broker of 212 Degrees Realty LLC, with over 24 years of experience in residential real estate across Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. A nationally recognized thought leader on the impact of short sales and foreclosures, she began her real estate journey after a personal family injustice—fueling her commitment to protect others through deep expertise and advocacy.

When her former firm closed in 2009 and she was diagnosed with breast cancer, Melanie launched her own brokerage. Since then, she has built a multimillion-dollar business known for compassionate service, legal insight, and strong results.

Melanie is also a best-selling author, mentor, and founder of the nonprofit Esther’s Closet.
